Requesting Warranty Evaluation?
IMPORTANT: Do not send a product to Hartzell Aviation for warranty evaluation without first submitting a Warranty Investigation Request Form (WIR) and obtaining an RMA number.
- Submit the Warranty Investigation Request Form (WIR).
- Receive your case number. Your case number is your RMA. No additional RMA will be issued.
- Print your confirmation and include it with the product.
- Write the RMA/case number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship the product for warranty evaluation.
