PowerUP Aircraft Magnetos

PowerUP offers new direct-replacement and factory-overhauled magnetos for the ES 4300/6300, Bendix 20/200, Bendix 1200, and D2000/D3000 series. Built on over 35 years of FAA PMA parts manufacturing experience, every PowerUP magneto incorporates engineering improvements across the coil, capacitor, breaker points, block assembly, and distributor gear. New units carry a one-year warranty; overhauled units are available in Premium and Value tiers. All overhaul work performed by Hartzell Aviation MRO.

E-MAG Electronic Ignition

Advanced electronic ignition systems provide precise timing, simplified installation, and reduced maintenance. Designed to complement traditional magneto systems while offering a path toward modern ignition architecture.

Magneto Maintenance Kits

PowerUP Ignition offers a complete line of 500-hour inspection kits and deluxe overhaul kits for Slick 4300/6300 series and Bendix S-20, S-21, S-24, S-25, S-200, and S-1200 series magnetos. All kits are cross-referenced to Champion/Slick part numbers and include the components required for proper completion of the 500-hour magneto inspection or a full overhaul. Kit contents vary by magneto series.

Slick/Bendix Replacement Parts & Repair Kits

PowerUP carries the broadest catalog of FAA PMA-approved Bendix, CMI, and Slick magneto replacement parts in the industry, from individual fasteners and felt strips to distributor blocks and impulse couplings. Standard 500-hour inspection kits and deluxe overhaul kits are available for Bendix/CMI 20, 200, and 1200 series magnetos.
