Cores
Hartzell Aviation will assess a core charge through your purchasing agent for the purchase of select new, overhauled, and factory-rebuilt units. Hartzell Aviation will accept a like or unlike core as a core return, provided the core is approved for and removed from the same engine that the new unit will be installed. Core charges vary per product type. The core should be returned as removed from the engine. Deduction could be assessed for damaged cores. Cores should be returned to the purchasing agent.
